question on capture card brand

We have cameras in our barn for foaling mares. We had one camera and will soon be installing a 2nd one this month.

The company that will be hosting our cameras (so it can be seen on the internet to watch mares while I am at work) said I should get a Dazzle 80 capture card, but do not d/l the software as it causes problems on their end. Anyone have comments, problems etc about the Dazzle 80? She said other Dazzle products the 85 or 90? version does not work well for them.
I am not that informed about capture cards and would like some opinions on this from someone who is more knowledgeable than I am.
