what is the job title of what im doing

im trying to figure out what they call what im doing in the professionial video editing world..so

i use sonic foundry vegas and edit video and i also use adobe photoshop and image ready...

i create little movies with video game charecter fighting me and my friends..

so am i a multimedia producer..or what ..i dont know the correct term for the job title..

and are the programs im useing good enough to use in a business or should i look for something else...
