wanted to know if anyone knows wat to put on a editors wishlist.
like new equipment, but wat kind???
new software...once again wat kind
things that are useful in editing for a film

Hmm

If you are a Sony lover then i would say Sony Vegas, Sound Forge and Acid and why not get a Sony Camcorder xD

Adobe Fan? They have similiar products but since they have so many different programs some of wich could easily be one program instead of multiple... i wont bother listing them.

For my "Keep on wishing list:"

A Highspeed camera [10,000 FPS] Very Happy
