What software can do the following?

just wondering if I could get a little advice regarding what video editing software to get.I have recorded some videos, and would like to be able to edit the videos in such a way .... so that I can use a mouse cursor/pointer to point at different objects during the video, at the same time using voiceover while pointing to the different objects to tell a story as the video continues playing.

Ultimately I want a video where the story is told while objects in the video are being pointed to.
Does anyone know of any video editing software that can do that?
