Can anyone tell me how much space I will need on my HDD to edit about an hours worth of audio and video and output to a .wmf file. I have tried successfully to work on a 10 minute video production, but it was very slow to output and it did have glitches. Any info on large production projects would be greatly appreciated....mbutto

hmm ive been kinda out of editing for a bit since my good computer crashed. but. i believe about in the range of 20 to 30 gigs would be good for an hour of raw footage. honestly though get more. much. at the very least 60 gigs. video editing is such a hog for hdd space. though knowing these forums as i do, you have likely long figured out how much you will need by now. slow moving forums...
