I would like to send some home movies to my family in Ukraine. They are going to buy a DVD player, which I assume will be in SECAM or PAL format. Thus, I am going to need to figure out how to use my Lite-On DVD Burner to burn a DVD that will play on their machine.

Any tips on strategy here?
