Hi,
I am interested in presenting a collage of 2 minute clips of dancers and dancing to a public audience as a multimedia entertainment presentation. I will NOT be reproducing this for the purposes of generating income.
For example, I might want to show a 2 minute film clip of Fred Astaire dancing as part of this public presentation.
My question is: Do I need to get copyright permission to rebroadcast his performance?
Thank you for your responses. |

I live in the USA.
I have a DVD recorder and I wanted to copy some VHS tapes for my presentation but I have run into encription problems.
Is there any way around the codes to allow me to copy these tapes?
Thanks |
