help questions - Starting a video editing company

Starting a video editing company..., just want to know is there a web site I can use as a resource for my startup like equipment needed and requirements and tips and stuff??! What I'm looking for is basically a list if requirments for video editing?

Also another question Cameras nowadays can record on Mini DV or MINI DVD any differences in the two. Which one should I go with??

Megapixels wise how high should I go with the video camera.??

What do you think about this camera???

If you are going to run a business can you use a program like Adobe premiere or do you have to use a big shot like avid or final cut pro?? Don't they all do the same thing.?????????

adobe would do just fine... i would suggest a gl2 cause the colors are soo much better then any other... and they do the same thing but the process is diffetnt with all editing systems...
