I wonder if anyone out there can help me with this. I work on a thoroughbred farm in Lexington. Part of my job is putting together DVD's on both our racehorses as well as our stallions offspring.
I have a Dish Network PVR (rather unreliable) which allows me to record both horseracing channels on a daily basis in my office. I copy any pertinent races onto DVD every few days or so, then create a video compilation of these races using Roxio Easy (that's a joke) Media Creator 8. The process is painstakingly slow but I realize that is just a product of insufficient memory.
If anyone has watched either of the 2 horseracing networks (TVG, HRTV) they know that any race that you record is loaded with graphics-mostly at the bottom of the screen. Is anyone aware of software that will allow me to edit out these graphics or is that something that simply can't be done. Any information on this subject would be much appreciated.
