I am trying to capture video and stills from one computer to another. The one that generates the pictures (using MediaShout) is from a second display screen going into a PC/TV Genie to split the output into a VCR recorder. I need to capture the same screen into my computer that I am trying to do video editing in. The PC/TV Genie has three unused outputs: Monitor out, S-Video out and RGB out. The video editing computer has DV-PC Recorder by Canon and Vegas 6 software. What hardware (video capture card) or converter do I need to to get it into the video editing computer. (MediaShout uses references to generate pictures but does not save them as a separate file, can only be viewed in MediaShout, that is why I am trying to capture the pictures into my video editing computer.) New at this and any help would be appreciated.
