Pinnacle Liquid Editition Analog Capture Problem

I am regular user of a liquid edition 5.5 and i have the crad also but there is a problem in capturing the analog cassate in few cassates i have found the problem that while capturing the flikering is done and some times it will show the black and white and some time color so i have
not complete my job scenceraly so i have to use some other card for caputring and finally edit them in liquid editon pro 5 there is no problem with digital cemara but in analog there is a problem while purchacing they will tell us that analig capture will do well wilth hig wuality but quality is not also well so what to do to solve the problem i need a help if any one
because the pinnacle dealear was not supporting me and not solve my problem ;
