I'm a true novice at this. I made a screen-capture movie to illustrate a procedure, edited it with Video Edit Magic v4 and uploaded it to my website as an AVI file.
People who play it can hear the audio but instead of video they get:
| Code: | Video not available, cannot find 'vids:MP42' decompressor
|
What did I do wrong? Can I fix it or do I have to make the movie over again?
Thanks. |

When other people look at it, they cannot see it.
I need to produce a movie in a format that can be seen by novice users using the default video viewing application on their PC.
Thanks. |
