Hello, I am very new to editing. I purchased some video editing software that was rated for ease of use and it was very difficult to use . I returned it. All I am trying to do is cut a small portion of video out of a home video that is stored on my computer. Can you suggest any good programs that will do this? I was also wondering if there was a program that would edit some of the background noise ?
